And yes, multicast from Slicehost to Amazon EC2 to Rackspace to GoGrid will still work :) There are currently no VPN-Cubed manager images available for Slicehost though. If your topology requires this, please <a href="http://www.cohesiveft.com/Contact_CFT/Forms/VPN-Cubed_Contact/" rel="nofollow">contact VPN-Cubed product team</a> and they will take it from there.
